We recently inspected a home where gutters had been installed incorrectly, leaving a gap that caused water to damage the soffits. After sharing our findings, the homeowner followed up with this message:
"Hi Andy this is Sue. Appreciate the text back. We did reach out to the original contractor and it seems as though he’s going to fix it. I appreciate all your help and suggesting that. If we need anything in the future, we will be sure to call you and definitely refer you on to other people. Thank you for taking the time to help my mom out. We would not have known what was wrong or missing without your help. Thanks again! Hopefully, it’s fixed properly this time."
We are so glad we were able to identify the issue and provide clear direction for next steps. Even better, the original contractor is now addressing the problem—and in the meantime, we’ve earned the customer’s trust and referrals.
